PASTOR’S CLASS
Pastor will again be holding a “Get to Know Faith” class on Friday, April 11th from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, April 12th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This class is for anyone interested in becoming a member of Faith and also for those who want to learn more about the doctrine and teachings of Lutheran Christianity. If interested, please sign up on the sheet posted in the narthex.

Nine residents plus one staff member participated in our service held on March 16 at Transition Nursing Home. Service was led by John Ernest with Jim Rau on the organ, and Glenn Hendrickson assisting. Two participants were new to us, and all enjoyed being given palm crosses from our Palm Sunday services. The crosses were also distributed in some resident’s rooms. John’s message focused on the events of Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem.
We are now scheduling April, May and June services. They are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Contact Aletha at aghendrick@aol.com or 410-795-1367 if you can participate in this vital ministry. You’ll be glad you did - ministering to the residents is always a wonderful blessing to all who participate.

Ron and I are thinking about going back to Belize in 2009, and we would like to take a team from Faith with us. We are thinking about January or February, and our Mission trip would probably be 10-12 days long. As you know, we have been to Belize three times doing various mission-type work and have stayed at My Refuge Christian Radio Station with Richard and Rosa Smith. We thought it would be wonderful to have family teams such as father & son, mother & daughter, husband & wife, grandparent & grandchild (age 10 and up) join us. Of course, singles are always welcome.
